BALTIMORE, November 30, 2009 – RWD Technologies, LLC (RWD), a global company that develops and implements human and organizational performance solutions, announced today that it has appointed Thomas Monteleone, a certified public accountant, to the position of chief financial officer. Monteleone comes to RWD with nearly two decades of experience in all aspects of strategic finance, including accounting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development and corporate operations.
Monteleone will be responsible for leading and overseeing the tactical and strategic financial operations of RWD. He will also be an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team. His experience, spanning a variety of industries, will make him a significant contributor to RWD’s leadership structure.

Prior to joining RWD, Monteleone was the CFO for AirVersent, an international software firm, where he was responsible for establishing uniform global financing and accounting organization. Monteleone also held the position of CFO at FreedomPoint, a technology and services outsourcing company. In this capacity, he successfully increased gross revenue by implementing performance metrics management and accountability reporting tools.
Monteleone has a Master’s of Business Administration with a finance concentration and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Loyola College in Maryland.
