Cynthia English serves as Vice President of Human Resources. She joined RWD Technologies in 2008 after serving as Director of Human Resources Development and Chief Learning Officer of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), North American Public Sector.
Prior to joining CSC, Ms. English held the position of Director of Human Resources and Administration for Maden Technologies and Director of Human Resources and Communications for Honeywell Technology Solutions. Her prior roles include human resources generalist and employee relations management roles for Honeywell and Northrop Grumman.
Ms. English received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and she is certified in Six Sigma and CMMI methodologies.
