The RWD PM process properly aligns client requirements and expectations with the resulting work schedule and product. To accomplish this, we employ rigorous and well-defined methods throughout the project management life cycle and use a proprietary set of tools and accelerators to ensure consistent execution of engagements.
RWD’s Project Management Council establishes policies and guidelines for RWD’s project management process, tools, and certification. All RWD project managers must complete this rigorous certification process to confirm they have the knowledge and hands-on experience required to achieve PM excellence. The RWD Project Management Certification Board awards official "RWD Certified Project Manager" status to individuals who successfully complete all aspects of the certification process, including a comprehensive oral examination.
