RWD Technologies Announces Acquisition of New Zealand-based eLearning Leader, The Learning Curve

Baltimore, MD - April 19, 2006

RWD Technologies, Inc. (RWD), a company that develops, implements, and supports products and services in the areas of training, consulting, and organizational performance, announced today that it has acquired Auckland-based eLearning pioneer, The Learning Curve Limited. Terms of the acquisition were not announced, but RWD expects the deal will have a significant and immediate positive impact on their Australia/New Zealand operations. RWD already has surpassed its first quarter goals and is on track to exceed expectations for the remainder of 2006.

The Learning Curve International Ltd. ("The Learning Curve"), as it is now known, is a pioneer in eLearning in New Zealand and Australia. The company designs and develops customized learning solutions for organizations, such as Air New Zealand and Fonterra, and helps companies achieve higher levels of employee performance.

RWD and SAP AG announced a new and expanded alliance to meet global demand for end user training products and services; and
