Through a joint venture agreeement with RWD, public sector clients can purchase RWD solutions and service through NTIS, an OPM-designated e-Training Service Provider. RWD's expertise will help public sector clients create and implement learning initiatives and retain knowledge as they address their limited resources, a geographically dispersed workforce and a significant number of retirement-eligible employees.
