u360 Collaboration

u360 Collaboration is the messaging and collaboration component of RWD's u360 Learning Management System, and is powered by Akiva's WebBoard. WebBoard is a powerful Web-based resource for disseminating team- or group-based information, and for building "communities of practice" through discussion threads within both asynchronous and real-time learning environments. WebBoard's "virtual boards" can be used as places for virtual conferencing, providing information and support to both employees and customers. Or it can be used to promote discussions centered on product development and support.

Each virtual board or forum can contain unlimited "conferences," which are topic-based discussion threads that can hold both messages and file attachments. WebBoard is also tightly linked to RWD's other Content Management components, and easily accommodates place-time shifted asynchronous eLearning activities.
