On July 8th, RWD announced the sale of our software products division to ANCILE Solutions, Inc.TM. Through this transaction, two companies have emerged that are specialized and dedicated, yet aligned with one another. RWD will continue to be a best-in-its-class consulting business, focused on helping clients maximize the performance of their people and assets through focused high-value services. ANCILE will develop, support and sell state-of-the-art performance support software products to the market.
With this change, customers will benefit from additional solutions that meet and solve new customer requirements from ANCILE and a more robust portfolio of services from RWD. Under the strategic alliance agreement between the companies, RWD will continue to market ANCILE products to its customers, so RWD and ANCILE together will offer customers seamlessly integrated software and service solutions to their workforce and operational performance challenges .
